HR Business Partner – Americas

Are you passionate about making an impact through people and culture? We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to lead the HR function in the Americas region (76 employees) and contribute to our global HR strategy.

Your role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and oversee all HR activities in the region, ensuring policies and practices are consistently applied in partnership with the Global HR team.
  • Act as a coach and trusted partner to the Regional Management Team, supporting operational HR needs and driving solutions.
  • Strengthen and promote our company culture, values, and purpose while leading positive change to build a ‘World Class Team.’
  • Work closely with employees and management to improve engagement, boost productivity, and enhance retention.
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs.
  • Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups and follow-ups.
  • Foster a learning culture by supporting talent management, training, and development plans.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus recruitment).
  • Oversee payroll and reward processes and act as a advisor for the Global Job & Salary framework.
  • Handle organizational changes, including restructuring and legal aspects, and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
  • Support internal communication efforts in collaboration with the global communications team.
  • Monitor HR data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Occasionally lead global projects for Interfood.

Your profile

Proven experience in HR business partnering (5-10 years)
Strong understanding of HR policies, talent management, and organizational development.
Exceptional communication and coaching skills with a hands-on approach.
Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with employees and leadership.
Skilled in HR processes, tools, and systems, with a solid understanding of relevant laws, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, coaching, and influencing abilities, with a focus on optimizing workflows and driving effective solutions.
