
HR Business Partner – Americas
Are you passionate about making an impact through people and culture? We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner to lead the HR function in the Americas region (76 employees) and contribute to our global HR strategy.
Your role
In this role, you will:
- Lead and oversee all HR activities in the region, ensuring policies and practices are consistently applied in partnership with the Global HR team.
- Act as a coach and trusted partner to the Regional Management Team, supporting operational HR needs and driving solutions.
- Strengthen and promote our company culture, values, and purpose while leading positive change to build a ‘World Class Team.’
- Work closely with employees and management to improve engagement, boost productivity, and enhance retention.
- Implement and update HR policies and procedures to align with business needs.
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective performance management processes.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including focus groups and follow-ups.
- Foster a learning culture by supporting talent management, training, and development plans.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives (e.g., campus recruitment).
- Oversee payroll and reward processes and act as a advisor for the Global Job & Salary framework.
- Handle organizational changes, including restructuring and legal aspects, and ensure smooth offboarding processes.
- Support internal communication efforts in collaboration with the global communications team.
- Monitor HR data and trends to provide insights for decision-making.
- Occasionally lead global projects for Interfood.
