Receptionist / Office Support | January – June 2027

Your role

Are you a service-oriented professional who enjoys working in an international environment? Do you have excellent communication skills and enjoy being the first point of contact for colleagues, customers and visitors? Then we are looking for you!

To cover a maternity leave, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist / Office Support employee for 24 hours per week. Availability on Mondays and Fridays is mandatory, with a third working day to be agreed upon.

Your responsibilities

As part of the Office Support team, you will contribute to creating a professional and welcoming environment for both visitors and colleagues. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the first point of contact for visitors, customers and colleagues. 
  • Welcoming visitors, registering them and informing the appropriate host of their arrival. 
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming telephone calls. 
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it remains tidy and representative. 
  • Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail and parcels. 
  • Preparing and dispatching outgoing postal shipments and courier services. 
  • Managing office supplies, including ordering and maintaining stationery and pantry stock. 
  • Providing administrative support to the Office Support team where required. 
  • Supporting the organization of internal meetings and company events when needed. 

 

 

Your profile

Vocational (MBO) education in a relevant field, such as Hospitality, Office Management or Administration.
Experience in a receptionist, front office or administrative support role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, customer-focused and service-minded attitude.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams).
Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of an additional foreign language is considered an advantage.
Experience in a dynamic, international business environment is strongly preferred.
