Highlights Interfood 50 year anniversary

What would be an unforgettable moment with all global Interfood team members together in Bladel, the Netherlands, has turned into an unparalleled virtual party. A special moment in Interfood history, that we will take with us for the rest of our lives.

The organizing teams had prepared a beautiful location and the program for a huge 4-day party in the end of June was completely ready to go, but then in March Covid-19 flushed everything down the drain. Luckily, we have a fantastic team of creative, caring and passionate people and in cooperation with all external parties we all got to experience a perfectly-organized alternative. An online broadcast, live from the studio in Bladel, hosted by Dutch television presenter and former newsreader Merel Westrik.

With a smile, with a tear and with a lot of pride and positive energy, we looked back together at 50 years of Interfood and we revealed the strategy for the years to come. ‘Together for better’ is the way forward, something that has always been at the core of Interfood, and which will remain our main focus for the coming future.

It has been said; ‘All good things come to those who wait.’ Fortunately, also in our case we have something to look forward to. Because there will be another party, in the Netherlands, with all of us together, and that’s a fact.

We would like to thank you all for being part of our success and we are looking forward to a bright future, with our team, our suppliers and our customers. TOGETHER FOR BETTER.
