Your colleagues
Why Interfood?
What I particularly enjoy about the professional environment at Interfood is the innovative culture. You’re encouraged to think out of the box, take ownership and make it happen, which gives lots of room for creativity and new ideas. The perfect environment for a passionate sustainability team with big ambitions!
What do you expect from your new colleague?
A team player who enjoys working towards shared goals, seeing the bigger picture, and celebrating achievements together. Someone who likes to challenge the status quo while balancing different perspectives and stakeholder needs.
What do you do in your spare time?
I relax by staying active and tend to fill up the gaps in my agenda with either friends or sports. My main hobbies revolve around (field)hockey, padel, and other outdoor activities, while I try to find more time for voluntary work and reading more than 1 book a year.
Why Interfood?
Interfood provides autonomy, growth and challenges worth solving. In a diverse, open and supportive environment, they give you the ability to go out your way to make a difference in the world with your role, passion and skills. Especially linked to sustainability, we find many of these challenges stimulating and trust each other to build a better world for us all, not just internally.
What do you expect from your new colleague?
I expect a fellow human (Not AI) who is authentic and is willing to take initiative and solve problems with empathy and care. Who can think for themselves and is motivated by various sustainability topics. And importantly someone who is fun and outgoing, wanting do activities with the team and company.
What do you do in your spare time?
I tend to go on tours with my motorcycle, meeting others along the way. I love sitting quietly and appreciating nature and on the other end rollerblading through the city. I do a mixture of calisthenics and yoga for fitness. And when I am indoors you can find me learning philosophy, psychology and science related topics.
