
Project Manager KAM
Your role
As a project manager you’re part of the key account management (KAM) team, where you deliver a crucial contribution to the growth of our key accounts.
Project manager key accounts and sustainability is hands-on, willing to change the status quo and contribute to Interfood’s strategic pillars, selective growth and sustainability.
Role & responsibilities
- Support the operational setup of new Key Accounts and identify internal improvement opportunities. Drive continuous improvement and coordinate cross-departmental alignment.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and improve service levels.
- Manage department internal reporting.
- Merging existing open tasks into one consolidated task list or workflow.
- Manage projects, keep people involved and motivated, report about progress and issues, and adjust planning, budget and approach if needed.
- Support decision making processes, facilitate dialogue between Interfood employees and partners involved, create awareness of possible risks and (let them) take measures.
- Perform hands-on support in performing operational project activities, like giving input to the KAM team.
- Join and/or chair regular meetings with the members of the project teams, take care of appropriate minutes, and distribute actions to the action holders.
- Act as a first point of contact for the KAM team, during the projects, and work with them in achieving the set KPI’s.
- Manage expectations of the people involved and eliminate possible misunderstandings, so that commitment in the teams is achieved and maintained.
- Identify and manage dependencies and critical paths in all the running projects, and develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
- Responsible for creating transparency, continuity and progress in the projects, report and analyze deviations to time and money timely, offer suggestions for solutions proactively.
