Commercial Contracts & Support Specialist

Your role

The Commercial Support role is responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across key commercial processes, including contract management and template standardization. Acting as a central liaison between logistics, finance, and trade teams, this role ensures that all commercial activities are executed with precision, compliance, and alignment to business goals. The position plays a vital part in enabling smooth workflows and impactful stakeholder engagement across the commercial function.

Role & responsibilities

  • Own the creation and maintenance of commercial agreements templates.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end contract process.
  • Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Trade to ensure timely execution and alignment.
  • Responsible for new customer approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of contract content.
  • Coordinate and prepare several administrative tasks related to the commercial department.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related area.
3–5 years of experience in contract management or commercial operations and cross-functional coordination (especially with Finance, Logistics, and Sales).
Experience in commodities, financial markets, or international trade.
Experience in physical or financial trading environments is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic trading platforms or structured products is a strong advantage.
Fluent English is essential.
