
Supply Chain Planner Brazil
Your role
Interfood is looking for a collaborative, organized and detailed-oriented Supply Chain Planner to join our team. This person will report to the Export Supervisor for the LATAM region. We are looking for a person with a Bachelor degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Business, or similar related field. This person should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in logistics, distribution or inventory management with the Brazilian market, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English, as well as experience with an ERP system, data entry tasks and Microsoft Office applications.
As our new Supply Chain Planner you:
- Manage the relationships and sales contracts with our Brazilian customers.
- Coordinate product call-offs, make the allocations (warehouse to customer) based on product specifications and customer requirements, while complying with delivery dates requested.
- Coordinate transport from warehouse to customer plants in the most efficient way, following customer needs (pallets conditioning, load sizes, etc.) and in a timely manner.
- Lead inventory control in the system and report on a regular basis; perform physical cycle counts when needed.
- Issue and provide documents, file important data in the corresponding systems and send invoices to customers and completeness check when required.
- Have close contact with supply chain service suppliers to optimize and gain efficiency when possible.
- Have knowledge about import regulations within the Brazilian states we operate and are up to date when changes occur.
