Supplier Code of Business Conduct

At Interfood, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of quality, ethics and sustainability in every aspect of our operations. We strive to conduct business the right way, what we call “doing business responsibly”. As a trusted partner in the dairy industry, we recognize that our success depends not only on the excellence of our products, but also on the integrity of our practices and relationships.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that govern our collaboration with suppliers and business partners, including ethical business practices, respect for human rights and sustainability.

Speak Up

At Interfood, we believe that speaking up is essential to conducting business responsibly. Our external Speak Up portal provides a confidential and secure way for customers, suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders to raise concerns or report suspected misconduct related to our operations or value chain.

Reports can be made in good faith and anonymously. All reports are taken seriously and handled with care and confidentiality.

Warehouse and transport policy

The Interfood Supplier, Customer and Warehouse Terms and Conditions is a set of general rules applicable to all warehouses that store Interfood products. The Interfood quality department regularly audits warehouses to see if they comply to this policy.

Complaint policy

For the handling of complaints/claims please make sure the guidelines mentioned in our complaint policy are followed. By doing so, complaints will receive the proper attention and follow up from us.
