Consent Statement for Receiving Marketing and Commercial Email Communications from Interfood
By confirming my subscription, I give Interfood Group B.V. permission to process my personal data, specifically my name and email address, for the purpose of sending me marketing and commercial email communications.
- By giving consent, I agree that Interfood may email me with information including, but not limited to:
- Market Watch updates and newsletters
- industry and market insights
- information on developments in the international dairy market
- invitations to Interfood events, webinars, or other relevant activities
- Other marketing and commercial information related to Interfood’s products, services and activities
Purpose and Legal Basis
Interfood will process my personal data solely for the purpose of sending the email communications listed above, personalising and optimizing these communications, and analysing engagement with such communications (including email opens and click behaviour).
This processing is based on my explicit consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable provisions of the Dutch Telecommunications Act regarding electronic communications.
Data Retention
Interfood will retain my personal data for as long as I have provided consent to receive marketing and commercial email communications. If I withdraw my consent, Interfood will stop processing my data for these purposes and will delete my data unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Sharing of Personal Data
My personal data may be shared with third-party service providers that support Interfood in sending, analysing and managing email communications (such as email service providers, marketing platforms and analytics tools). These parties process data solely on behalf of Interfood and in compliance with the GDPR. Interfood does not sell personal data to third parties.

Withdrawal of Consent and Right to Object
I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time. Every email I receive from Interfood includes a clear unsubscribe link that allows me to immediately opt out of future email communications.
In addition, I have the right to object at any time to the processing of my personal data for direct marketing and commercial purposes. If I exercise this right, Interfood will no longer use my personal data for such purposes.

Interfood records and retains evidence of my consent as required under the GDPR.
