Commercial Assistant
Your role
The Commercial Support role is responsible for driving operational efficiency and excellence across key commercial processes, including contract management and template standardization. Acting as a central liaison between logistics, finance, and trade teams, this role ensures that all commercial activities are executed with precision, compliance, and alignment to business goals. The position plays a vital part in enabling smooth workflows and impactful stakeholder engagement across the commercial function. Besides this you are also responsible for agenda management for the commercial leadership within the organization. This means that you are the gatekeeper of the agendas of the Commercial director, The Business unit Director USA, Business unit leader LATAM and BUL derivatives. What they expect from you is that you coordinate within the group the best fit for internal and external meetings. Thereby you are asked to play a central coordination role in scheduling conferences for the commercial team. We believe that the time spend will be 50/50.
Role & responsibilities
- Own the creation and maintenance of commercial agreements templates.
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end contract process.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Finance, and Trade to ensure timely execution and alignment.
- Responsible for new customer approvals.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of contract content.
- Coordinate and prepare several administrative tasks related to the commercial department.
- Strategic management of the commercial department’s agenda and activities, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and operational excellence.
