Your role

Interfood is looking for an Integration Architect as part of our Global IT team (~15 FTE). Within this role you are part of team Digital and you work closely together with other IT sub-teams (Data & Analytics and IT Ops).

As our new Integration Architect you:

  • Design and develop integrations both with internal tools and external partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Interfood’s business and systems to guide you in designing effective solutions.
  • Support, troubleshoot and maintain applications and integrations.
  • Effectively communicate, partner with and execute cross-functional projects.
  • Work on E2E solutions; from transforming business requirements to delivery of solutions.
  • Coach your colleagues based on your previous experiences.
  • Manage 3rd parties to ensure performance, continuity, and maintenance of the solutions.
  • Develope a midterm strategy regarding our integration platform (1 to 3 years).

Your profile

Bachelor/Master degree in the area of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Informatica or similar.

5+ years of experience in developing enterprise application integrations.

Demonstrated experience with iPaaS services such as Boomi, Azure Integration Services, Informatica or similar.

Demonstrated experience with web services technology such as HTTP(S), Event Streaming and REST-API’s.

Demonstrated experience working with various communication/document transfer protocols such as EDI, JSON and XML.

Microsoft Azure experience. AWS and OCI experience is a plus.

You are able to adapt fast in a rapidly changing environment.

You are enthusiastic, pragmatic and result-oriented.

Willing to continuously improve yourself and our organization.

You have excellent spoken and written communicative skills in English.

Your tasks

  • Daily standups with project teams.
  • Discuss the product backlog with your colleagues/3rd party.
  • Design a new integration in MS Visio.
  • Implementation of performance management.
  • Developing a new integration in our integration platform.
  • Discuss an infra challenge with our Cloud Engineer.
  • Visit a (digital) conference to gain knowledge on market developments.
  • Lunch with your colleagues, followed by a walk in the park.
  • Develop your skillset by following a training course.
  • Technically analyze a business challenge or issue.
  • Brainstorm on potential integration solutions.
  • Perform a unit test on an integration.
  • Review an integration created by the Integration Engineer.
  • Friday afternoon drinks.
