Interim Quality Assurance Coordinator
Your role
In this temporary support role (from today until September 1, 2023) you will be part of the Quality Assurance team, and in close cooperation with your colleagues from Trade and Logistics, you support the team in all product-related quality matters including questionnaires, approval processes and non conformances. In a trade-driven organization you will furthermore, as QA Coordinator, deliver a significant contribution to optimization of technical relationships with suppliers and customers. Through your knowledge, skills, and experience in the food industry you are able to change quality challenges of a customer, supplier or our own organization into a business opportunity for all parties involved.
As our new interim Quality Assurance Coordinator you:
- are the first point of contact for Trade and Logistics for advice about products and non-conformances;
- maintain and expand our supplier database, including regular visits to improve technical cooperation;
- review raw material specifications of customers, including the approval process that can follow;
- are responsible for the completion of questionnaires and issuance of statements.
Your profile
Bachelor / Master level, preferably in the food industry.
You are a good relationship builder and you can easily connect to both technical and commercial people.
Service is in your DNA. You are able to autonomously set priorities; solution-oriented, both corrective and preventive.
Experience and/or affinity with the food industry (dairy) and in working with relevant quality systems (QMS).
Your communication and language skills (at least English) are above average.

Like most of my colleagues in the technical service department, I like everything that has to do with food and drinks (often, you will find a home-made treat in our department). To compensate a little bit of all these calories, I am also a fanatic sporter. You will see me quite often in the gym downstairs, but I also dance and do crossfit, and sometimes I play some tennis. I'm also always up for a party, so I really hope that something will occur soon.
