Why Interfood?
Because Interfood’s purpose says it all: Together for better. Top quality staff will ensure top quality services. Therefore, Interfood invests in the development of her employees. There is a lot of room for personal growth. Besides that, there is a huge growth potential within the European business hub, but also on international level in one of our other global offices. You are always oriented internationally during a work week, which includes traveling. What I never would have said in my previous job, I can now say proudly: I love going to work!

What do you expect from your new colleague?
Teamwork, ambition and professional & commercial skills. He or she should really have the drive to win every day. But also, and as important as the previous, good humor, easy going and positive mindset.

Why do you like to work for a global enterprise?
Apart from having to deal with multiple languages and cultures, which I love a lot, you get the opportunity to work abroad after a few years at Interfood. In a company with 14 offices globally, you can learn from your foreign colleagues every day. Learn about the global industry, about local habits, and more importantly, learn how to do business the best way in an ever-changing dairy industry.

Why Interfood?
It is the perfect mix between a professional atmosphere and a family environment. I feel very represented by the core values of the company, maybe because it’s still family owned and I truly believe people are the main asset. It has offices all over the globe which makes the environment very diverse and multinational. Interfood is one of the big players in the food industry and has plans to grow even bigger in the near future.

What do you expect from your new colleague?
A people person with commercial instincts. Someone with good energy willing to be a team player and look for new opportunities every day.

Why do you want to work for a global enterprise?
A global mindset is key to succeed in today’s world. Interfood provides the horizontality and dynamics needed to trade worldwide. Personally I started working as a Jr Trader in Montevideo’s office and before I completed my first year I was already moving to the Netherlands. I have been living in the Netherlands for 2 years already developing a Traders role for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
