Internship Dairy R&D (butter, bakery)
In the bakery industry, the demand for constant application performance is increasing. This contradicts the nature of butter, however, since it’s functionality depends on seasonal influences (among other factors). In order to better match bakery customer’s demand with supply possibilities, Interfood is looking to expand its experience in this area. Activities within this internship are:
- Determining the project scope and performing literature research.
- Defining analysis methodology and performing experiments with state-of-the-art equipment.
