In the bakery industry, the demand for constant application performance is increasing. This contradicts the nature of butter, however, since it’s functionality depends on seasonal influences (among other factors). In order to better match bakery customer’s demand with supply possibilities, Interfood is looking to expand its experience in this area. Are you interested in an internship about butter functionality for bakery applications?
Activities within this internship are:
- Determining the project scope and performing literature research.
- Defining analysis methodology and performing experiments with state-of-the-art equipment.
- Reporting findings and communicating your findings with colleagues.
